The shop is located a short walk away from the bus station, and can be walked to from Lea Road train station.

The Wool Loft acquired it's name quite by chance - we began running the business from home as a mother-daughter-duo. Yarn was stashed all over our house, but the majority of it resided in our customised loft; thus, The Wool Loft was born.

Running alongside our online store, we also have a shop in Gainsborough. You can find us at 60 Bridge Street, Gainsborough, DN21 1LS

We have slowly expanded over the years to provide you with a range of yarns from various brands and lines to suit every budget, and operate as a traditional wool shop. We also provide a variety of classes, workshops and crafting sessions.
